DOCs produce a red, a white and a rose. Some new grapes other than
the popular are being introduced by growers: the reds are Cabernet
Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Nero and the new whites are Garganega,
Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling Italica, Riesling Renano, Sauvignon
Blanc, Sylvander Verde and Traminer Aromatic.
