Almond Stuffed Martini Olives

Stuff a green large olive with a toasted or raw (not toasted ), salted or unsalted almond.

Anchovy Stuffed Martini Olives

Cut ind half an anchovy and wrap it around a caper then stuff into a large pitted green or black olive.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Martini Olives

1 can/jar queen olives
3 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. blue cheese (soft creamy blue cheese)
1 clove garlic, finely minced (garlic clove; steamed or boiled)
splash of vermouth

If olives are stuffed with pimentos, carefully remove the pimentos with a small skewer or fork and gently rinse olives. (Save pimentos for other recipes) Set olives on a paper towel. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vermouth, blue cheese and garlic. The softer the blue cheese, the easier it is to stuff. Mix until smooth and creamy. Put the cheese mixture in a pastry bag and fill olives. Store olives in refrigerator. Note: If you don't have a pastry bag, simply roll a piece of freezer paper into a cone.

Stuff a nice green plump olive with capers.

Cayenne Stuffed Martini Olives

Stuff a good quality green olive with a fresh cayenne pepper that has been horizontillay sliced. Beautiful presentation with a brilliant red pepper.

Garlic and Habenero Stuffed Martini Olives

Stuff a good green olive with fresh cut garlic and habenero to fit securely in the pit of the olive.

Garlic and Jalepeno Stuffed Martini Olives

Stuff a quality green olive with a fresh piece of garlic and fresh cut of jalepeno. (Canned or bottled jalepenos will work).

Stuff a green olive with a cut of fresh jalapeno (can also used canned or bottled jalepenos).

Stuff a green olive with a fresh piece of lemon rind and return to the olive brine to age.

Vermouth Stuffed Martini Olives

Soak a bottle of stuffed olives in vermouth a week before serving. Simply drain the olive juice from the bottle and fill with vermouth. Regular pimento stuffed olives will do.
