Amarula Chocolate Martini: 2 oz. Amarula Cream Liqueur,
1 oz. vodka and a splash of creme de cacao. Shake with ice and strain.
Garnish with chocolate shavings. *(Option: swirl chocolate syrup in
the glass and pour contents into it.)
Baileys Chocolate Martini: 2 oz. vodka, 3/4 oz. Baileys
Irish Cream and 3/4 oz. dark dreme de cacao. Shake with ice and strain.
Garnish with a Hershey's Kiss.
Banana-Split Martini: Chilled cocktail glass drizzled
with strawberry and chocolate syrup. 1 1/2 oz. premium vodka, 1 1/2
oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and 3/4 oz. creme de banane. Shake
with ice and strain. Garnish with a slice of banana.
Blue Diamond Martini: 1 oz. DeKuyper Pucker Island
Blue Schnapps, 1 oz. DeKuyper Pucker Sour Apple and 1 oz. Absolut
Citron. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Blue Martini: 1 3/4 oz.
of vodka and 1/4 oz. of blue Curacao. Stir and strain.
Blue Orchid Cosmopolitan: 2 oz. VOX Green Apple Flavored
Vodka, 1 oz. DeKuyper Pucker Island Blue Schnapps, 1 oz. Triple Sec,
1 oz. cranberry juice and 1 oz. lime juice. Shake with ice and strain.
Boston Cream Martini: Chilled cocktail glass rimmed
with chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings. 2 oz. premium vodka,
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream and 1 dash vanilla extract. Shake with
ice and strain.
Buckeye Martini: Cocktail
glass. 2 1/4 oz. vodka and 1/4 oz. dry vermouth. Stir with ice and
strain. Add a large ripe black olive.
Butterscotch Martini: 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. butterscotch
schnapps, 1/2 oz. butterscotch cream liqueur and 1 Butterscotch Lifesaver.
Combine in a mixing glass with ice and gently stir. Garnish with the
Lifesaver by dropping in glass.
Classic Dry Martini (5-to-1): 1 2/3 oz. gin
and 1/3 dry vermouth. Stir gin and vermouth in a mixing glass and
strain into cocktail glass.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini: 2 oz.
of Stoli Strawberry Vodka, 1 oz. of Bailey's Irish Cream and 1 oz.
of Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur. Stir briskly and strain.
Chocolate Raspberry Martini: 1 1/2 oz. Stoli
Raspberry Vodka and 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur. Shake with ice
and strain.. Top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Chocolatini: Large cocktail/martini glass.
1 oz. premium vodka, 1 oz. Stolichnaya Vanil (vanilla vodka), 1 oz.
chocoate liqueur, 1/2 oz. dark creme da cacao, and 1 oz. cream. Shake
well with ice and strain.
Cosmopolitan
Martini: 1 1/2 oz. Vodka, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
and 1 tsp. dry vermouth. Stir with ice and strain. Garnish with a
twist of lime.
Dirty Martini: 1 3/4
oz. of gin or vodka and olive juice to taste. Stir and strain. Garnish
with an olive.
Drambuie
Expresso: 2 oz. Drambuie, 1 oz. Creme de Cacao and
2 oz. strong espresso. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a sprinkle
of cinnamon.

French Martini: 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/4 oz Chambord®
raspberry liqueur and 1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice. Shake with ice
and strain. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Fresh Melon Martini: 2 oz melon vodka, 1 honeydew
melon and 1 cantaloupe melon. Cut up both melons and add to blender.
Blend well and strain. Add melon vodka to a cocktail shaker with ice
and add 2-4 oz. of the melon juice. Shake and strain into a cocktail
glass. Add a melon ball for garnish and serve.
Fuzzy Martini: 1 oz. DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps,
2 oz. Mandarin Vodka and a splash of orange juice. Shake with ice
and strain. Garnish with an orange slice.
