Caribbean
Coffee: 1 1/2 oz. dark rum, 1 oz. chocolate syrup,
1 oz. light or heavy cream, 1 tsp. bar syrup (see "Drink Recipes"
under "S" for sugar syrup) and fill with hot coffee. Stir
and top with whipped cream.

Lopez: 1 1/2 oz. Irish whisky, 1/2 oz. cream of coconut.
Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.
Coffee Royale: 2 oz. brandy, 1 oz. bar syrup, 1 oz.
heavy cream. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.
Endless
Highway: 1 1/2 oz. bourbon, 1 oz. Irish cream and
2 oz. heavy cream. Stir gently.
Hot
Buttered Rum: 2 oz. dark rum, 1 tsp. bar syrup and
1 tsp. butter. Pour rum and sugar syrup into mug and fill with hot/
boiling water. Garnish with nutmeg.

Hot Coconut Coffee: 1 1/2 oz. light or dark rum and
1 oz. coconut syrup. Fill with hot coffee and top with whipped cream.
Hot
Chocolate: 4 oz. half & half, 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz.
chocolate syrup and 1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps. Heat half & half,
add ingredients to mug and top with whipped cream.
Hot
Toddy: 4 oz. boiling water, 1 oz. bourbon, 1 tsp.
bar syrup, 3 whole cloves, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 thin slice of lemon.
Add cloves, cinnamon and lemon to half the boiling water and let stand
a few minutes. Add the bourbon and rest of the boiling water. Stir
and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Irish
Coffee: 1 oz. Irish whisky, 1 oz. bar syrup and 1
ounce heavy cream. Add ingredients to mug and fill with coffee. Top
with heavy cream.
Italian
Coffee: 1 oz. brandy, 1/2 oz. amaretto and 1 oz. heavy
cream. Fill mug with hot coffee, add ingredients and stir.
Kentucky
Coffee: 1 1/2 oz. Kentucky bourbon and whipped cream.
Fill mug with coffee, add bourbon, stir and top wtih whipped cream.
Kioki
Coffee: 1 oz. brandy, 1 oz. coffee liqueur and whipped
cream. Add ingredients to mug, fill with coffee, stir and add whipped
cream on top.
Mexican Coffee: 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. coffee liqueur
and 2 oz. heavy cream. Add ingredients to mug, fill with coffee, stir
and add heavy cream on top.
Russian
Coffee: 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. Frangelica or other
hazelnut liqueur and 1/2 oz. heavy cream. Add ingredients to mug,
fill with coffee, stir and add heavy cream on top.
Venetian
Coffee: 1 1/2 oz brandy and 1 tsp. bar syrup. Fill
with coffee, stir and top with whipped cream.
