Bellini: Champagne glass. 3/4 fill with Champagne
then add 1 oz. of peach schnapps or peach nectar.
Champagne Cocktail: Chilled champagne glass. 1 lump
of sugar, 2 dashes bitters. Place in a chilled champagne glass and
fill with champagne. Add a twist of lemon peel.

Mango: Champagne glass. 4 oz. Champagne, 1 1/2 oz.
mango puree (sweetened with simple syrup) and a dash of Maraschino
Liqueur.

Passion: Champagne glass. 4 oz. Champagne, 1/2 oz.
Alize Liqueur and 1 oz. passion fruit puree. Add passion fruit puree
then the Champagne and float the Alize Liqueur on top.

75: Highball glass. 2 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine,
1 1/2 oz. Brandy, juice of 1 lemon and 1 oz. simple syrup. Shake brandy,
lemon juice and simple syrup with ice and strain. Top off with Champagne.
French Revolution: Champagne flute. 1 1/2 oz.
Brandy and 1/2 oz. Framboise. Stir with ice and strain. Fill with
champagne.
Kentucky Champagne Cocktail:
Champagne flute. 1 oz. Bourbon and 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps and 1 dash
Angostura Bitters. Stir with ice and strain. Fill with champagne.
Kir Royale: Champagne
glass. 1/2 oz. Creme de Casis. Fill with Champagne. Stir Gently.
Kurant Imperial Kir: Champagne glass. 1 oz.
Absolut Kurant Vodka and 1 oz. Creme de Casis. Fill with Champagne.
Stir Gently.
Mimosa: Champagne glass.
Fill 1/2 with orange juice and 1/2 with champagne. Stir Gently.
Tangerine Treat: Champagne glass. Fill 1/2
with tangerine juice and 1/2 with champagne. Stir Gently.
Vodka Mimosa (aka Champagne Screw): Chilled
champagne glass. 1/2 oz. Vodka. Fill with 1/2 orange juice and with
1/2 champagne.
