1. What can you supply as bartenders for the party?

We can supply the simplest of basic bar tools to portable bars with keg beer.. dispensers. Please see the equipment page for many possibilities.

2. What do we need to provide for the bar area?

A bar and back bar which can be a four to six foot table.

3. What about glassware or cups, napkins and drink or stir straws?

You will need to provide the glasses or plastic cups and napkins unless other arrangements are made. The small sip straws may be suitable for short drinks but tall drinks such as frozen drinks will require tall straws.

4. What type attire do Dallas Bartenders wear usually?

Dallas Bartenders generally wear black and white attire. That is black shoes, pants and black bow tie with a white shirt. Casual events allow a type of dress that is similar to the style of the party if so desired by the host. Events may be luahas, western style parties, outdoor events, etc.

5. I don't know where to get started in planning my event; what do I do?

Dallas Bartenders can easily and quickly design a workable beverage menu that will satisfy any party or event, including children's events. Food menus and food service are designed by one of Dallas Bartenders professional affiliates.

6. We do not know much about alcoholic beverages. Do we pick the liquors, beers and wines?

You can pick the beverages but we can easily consult with you to determine what your guests would most likely prefer from our past professional experiences.

7. Do Dallas Bartenders bring the liquor, wine and beer to the event?

No. We do not carry the proper State license to carry liquors. The liquor, beer and wine can easily be delivered through most major liquor stores in the metroplex.

8. Do we provide the fruit/garnishes for the party?

Generally the host/ hostess provides the limes, lemons, cherries and olives, the basic garnishes for bar staples; Dallas Bartenders will prepare and cut them.

9. What about the exotic fruit needed for exotic drinks. Do we as host/ hostess provide that.

You can provide the exotic fruits, however, we are prepared to purchase those the day before the event at the Farmer's Market to ensure the highest quality available fruit.

10. Do we need to find the facility for the event or can Dallas Bartenders furnish facilities?

We can supply the facilities, given open opportunity. We have several options available.
