Zaza: Old-fashioned glass
with ice. 2 oz. Red Dubonnet and 1 oz. gin. Stir and strain. Garnish
with an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
Zero Mist: Cocktail glass. For each serving mix 2
oz. of green creme de menthe with 1 oz. water and place in the freezer
for about 2 hours or longer. Does not have to be frozen solid. Pour
into cocktail glass.
Zombie: Fill Collins glass with ice. 1/2 oz.
light rum, 1/2 oz. dark rum, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz creme de almond,
1 oz each of sweet/sour, orange juice and pineapple juice. Build the
drink in the glass or shake and strain, then float the dark rum on
top. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple spear.
