Drink Recipes "T"- Dallas Bartenders
Tahiti Club: Old fashion
glass. 2 oz. light rum, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 1
tbsp. pineapple juice and 1/2 tsp. Maraschino. Shake with ice and
strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add a slice of lemon.
Tangerine Treat: Champagne
glass. Fill 1/2 with tangerine juice and 1/2 with champagne. Stir
Gently.
Tango Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. gin,
1/2 oz. dry vermouth, 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth, 1 tbsp. orange juice
and 1/2 tsp. triple sec. Shake with ice and strain.
Tequila Matador: Champagne
flute. 1 1/2 oz. tequila, 3 oz. pineapple juice and juice of 1/2 lime.
Shake with crushed ice and strain.
Tequila Sunrise: Fill
a collins glass with ice. 1 1/2 ounce of tequila and fill with O.
J. then pour 1/2 oz. of grenadine on top.
Tequila Sunset: Fill
a collins glass with ice. 1 1/2 ounce of tequila and fill with grapefruit
juice then pour 1/2 oz. of grenadine on top.
Tequini: Cocktail glass.
1 1/2 oz. tequila, 1/2 oz. dry vermouth and 1 dash bitters (if desired).
Stir with ice and strain. Garnish with a twist of lemon and olive.

Test Tube Baby: Shooter glass, chill glass
and layer. ½ oz. Amaretto, ½ oz. Southern Comfort and
½ oz Bailey's Irish Cream. Layer.
The Crown of Roses: Chilled cocktail glass.
1 oz. Crown Royal, ½ oz. amaretto, 1 oz. pineapple juice, ¼
oz. cranberry juice and 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Shake with ice
and strain. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
The Temptation: Martini glass. 2 oz. Gosling's
Gold Bermuda Rum, 3/4 oz. Cointreau and 2 oz. cranberry juice. Shake
with ice and strain. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Toasted Almond: Old-fashioned
glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur, 1 oz. amaretto and 1 1/2
oz. cream or milk. Add ingredients and stir.

Tom and Jerry: (SERVES
8) 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 oz. dark Jamaican rum, 1/2 tsp.
ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground cloves, 1 pt. hot blended whiskey
or bourbon and 1 qt. hot milk. Beat the whole eggs very well and add
the sugar very slowly. Continue beating until the mixture is very
stiff and has become a light yellow color. Add the rum, cinnamon and
cloves and beat to blend the spices. Spoon the batter into mugs and
add 2 oz. of whiskey to each mug. Fill each mug with hot milk.
Tom Collins: Collins glass. 2 oz. gin, juice
of 1/2 lemon and 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Shake with ice and strain.
Fill with club soda and stir. Decorate with slices of lemon, orange
and a cherry.
Tootsie Roll: Fill a
highball glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. Kahlua and O. J. Shake and strain.
Tropical Dream: Collins glass half-filled wtih ice.
2 oz. Grand Marnier, 2oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. orange juice.
Shake with ice and strain.
