Snake Bite:
Rocks glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. Yukon Jack and a splash of Roses Lime.
Sombrero: Rocks glass,
chilled. 2 oz. of coffee flavored liqueur, chilled and strained then
layer with 2 oz. cream on top.
Sour: Sour glass. Refers to any liquor or liqueur
that is mixed with 1 1/2 oz. liqueur or liquor and 1 1/2 oz. of sweet
and sour. Garnish with a cherry.
Sour Apple: Cordial glass. 3/4 oz. vodka, 3/4
oz. apple liqueur, 1/2 oz. melon liqueur and 1/2 oz. lemon-lime Soda.
Shake and strain.
South of the Border: Sour glass. 1 oz. tequila,
3/4 oz. coffee-flavored brandy, juice of 1/2 lime. Shake and strain.
Add a lime slice.
Southern Peach: Hurricane
glass. 1 1/2 oz bourbon, 1/8 oz. grenadine, 2 oz. orange juice, 2
oz. sour mix and 1 oz. peach schnapps. Fill parfait or hurricane glass
with ice. Pour Grenadine over ice; add bourbon. Pour orange juice,
sour mix, and schnapps into blender and mix well. Slowly pour mixture
into glass and garnish with a peach slice.

Spicy Martini: Large cocktail glass. 5 oz gin,
1 oz vermouth and 15 drops Tabasco sauce. Shake with ice and strain.
Pour the tabasco in drink and stir.
Spike: Collins glass filled with ice. 1 1/2 oz. Jose
Cuervo Gold Tequila and 4 oz. grapefruit juice. Stir well.
Springbok Recipe: Layered as follows 1/2 oz. Irish
Cream, 1/2 oz. creme de menthe and 1 serving topping cream. Pour one
shot creme de menthe over a spoon onto a 1/2 oz. Irish Cream and top
with cream. A South African Rugby Supporters favorite.
Spritzer:
Goblet with ice. Fill with half white wine and soda. Garnish with
a lemon twist.
Stinger: Rocks glass
with ice. 2 oz. of brandy and 1/4 oz. white creme de menthe. Shake
and strain. Generally refers to a jigger of liquor or liqueur mixed
with 1/2 oz. of white creme de menthe and served in a rocks or other
appropriate glassware.

Stinger #2: Rocks glass
with ice. 1 1/2 oz. of Southern Comfort and 1 1/2 oz. of amaretto.
Stir gently.
Strawberries and Cream: Parfait glass. 1 oz.
strawberry schnapps, 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 2 oz. half and half and 2
large strawberries. Mix ingredients in a blender with ice at high
speed then add strawberries and blend for a few more seconds until
a smooth consistency develops. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Strawberry Alexander:
Parfait glass. 1 oz. brandy, 1 oz. cream de cacao, 5 oz. frozen sliced
strawberries in syrup and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. Blend ingredients
until smooth. Top with sweetened whipped cream and garnish with chocolate
curls.
Strawberry Daiquiri:
Hurricane glass or other large stemmed glass. 1 1/2 oz. of rum, 3-4
oz. of sweet and sour and 2 scoops of strawberries to taste. Blend
in a mixer to smooth texture. Garnish with a strawberry.
Strawberry Ice: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz strawberry
vodka, 1 1/2 oz strawberry schnapps and 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice.
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a strawberry.

Strawberry Shortcake: Parfait glass. 1 oz.
amaretto, 3/4 oz. white creme de cacao, 3 oz. strawberries in syrup,
5 oz. vanilla ice cream. Blend ingredients until smooth. Top with
whipped cream and garnished with a fresh strawberry.
Sun Kiss: Collins glass filled with ice.1 3/4
oz. amaretto and 4 oz. orange juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Surfer On Acid: Shot glass. 1 oz. Jägermeister,
1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum and 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice. Shake with ice
and strain.
Sweet
Shaggy: Collins glass filled with ice. 1 oz. Malibu
Coconut Rum and 1 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka. Fill with cola.
