Racquet Club Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2
oz. gin, 3/4 oz. dry vermouth and 1 dash orange bitters. Stir with
ice and strain.
Ramos Gin Fizz: 2 oz.
gin, 1 egg white, 1/2 oz. cream, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 oz. lemon juice,
1/4 oz. lime juice and 1/2 tsp. orange-flower water. Put all ingredients
into a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice and blend well. Pour into
a tall glass and fill with club soda.
Raspberry Cheesecake: Parfait glass. 1 oz.
black raspberry liqueur, 1 oz. white creme de cacao, 1 tbsp. softened
cream cheese and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend ingredients with
1/4 cup crushed ice.
Raspberry Colada: Collins glass filled with ice. 1
1/2 parts DeKuyper Raspberry Pucker and 1 1/2 oz. Cocunut Rum. Fill
with colada mix and stir well.
Raspberry Romance: Parfait glass. 1 1/4 oz.
Irish cream liqueur, 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur and 3/4 oz. black raspberry
liqueur. Fill with club soda and stir.
Rattlesnake: Rocks glass.
1 oz. coffee liqueur, 1 oz. white creme de cacao and 1 oz. Irish cream
liqueur. Pour carefully in order given so that each ingredient floats
on the preceding.
Rattlesnake Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2
oz. blended whiskey, 1 egg white, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. powdered
sugar and 1/4 tsp. anis. Shake with ice and strain.
Rebel
Charge: Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 oz. bourbon,
1/2 oz. triple sec, 1 tbsp. orange juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and
1/2 egg white. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with an orange slice.

Red Apple: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. 100-proof
vodka, 1 oz. apple juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. grenadine.
Shake with ice and strain.
Red-Headed Slut: Shooter glass. 3/4 oz. Jagermeister,
1/2 oz. peach schnapps and 1 splash cranberry juice. Shake with ice
and strain.
Red Hot Mama: Collins glass filled with ice. 1 1/4
oz. light rum and 4 oz. cranberry juice. Fill with club soda.

Snapper: Collins glass half-filled with ice. 1 1/4
oz. Crown Royal, 3/4 oz. Amaretto Liqueur and 6 oz. cranberry juice.
Garnish with an orange wheel.

Snapper #2: Chilled cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. vodka,
1 1/2 oz. tomato juice, 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and 2 dashes
fresh lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain. Dust with salt and
cayenne pepper to taste.
Resolute Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. gin,
1/2 oz. apricot-flavored brandy and juice of 1/4 lemon. Shake with
ice and strain.
Rickeys: Highball glass
with ice. Any liquor, juice of half a lime and fill with soda. Garnish
with a lime squeeze.
