Drink Recipes "N"- Dallas Bartenders
Napoleon: Cocktail glass. 2 oz. gin, 1/2 tsp.
curacao and 1/2 tsp. Dubonnet. Stir with ice and strain.
Narragansett:
Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. bourbon, 1 oz. sweet vermouth
and 1 dash anissette. Add ingredients and stir. Garnish with a twist
of lemon peel.
Navy Grog: Collins Glass with ice. 1/2 oz. light rum,
1/2 oz. gold rum, 1/2 oz. dark rum, 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier, 1 oz. grapefruit
juice, 1 oz. orange juice and 1 oz. pineapple juice. Shake with ice
and strain. Orange and Pineapple garnish Optional
Nectarine Cooler: 2 oz.
vodka, 3 oz. orange juice, 1/4 cup cold sliced ripe nectarine, 1 tsp.
sugar, 1/3 cup crushed ice. Blend all ingredients in a mixer until
smooth. Add a splash of soda and ice to fill glass. Garnish with a
nectarine and lemon slices.

Negroni: Cocktail glass
or old-fashioned glass with ice. 3/4 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. Campari, 3/4
oz. sweet or dry vermouth. A splash of club soda (optional). Stir
with ice and strain into glass with ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Nellie Jane: Collins glass filled with ice. 1 1/4
oz. Irish Mist, 1/4 oz. peach schnapps, 3 oz. orange juice and 1 oz.
ginger ale. Build drink and float the ginger ale on top.
Nervous
Breakdown: 1 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. Chambord and a
splash of cranberry juice. Fill with soda.
Netherland:
Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 oz. brandy, 1 oz. triple sec and 1
dash orange bitters. Stir well.
Nevada Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. light rum,
1 oz. grapefruit, juice of 1 lime, 3 tsp. powdered sugar and 1 dash
bitters. Shake with ice and strain.

Nevins: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. bourbon, 1 1/2 tsp.
apricot-flavored brandy, 1 tbsp. grapefruit juice, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon
juice and 1 dash bitters. Shake with ice and strain.
New Orleans Buck: Collins glass with ice. 1
1/2 oz. light rum, 1 oz. orange juice and 1/2 oz. lemon juice. Shake
with ice and strain then fill with ginger ale and stir.
New Orleans Gin Fizz:
Collins or other tall glass half-filled with ice. 2 oz. gin, 1 oz.
lemon juice, 1/2 egg white, 1 tsp. cream, 1/4 tsp. orange-flower water,
and 2 tsp. sugar. Shake with ice and strain. Fill with club soda and
garnish with lemon slice.
New Yorker: Cocktail
glass, prechilled and sugar-frosted. 1 1/2 oz. blended whiskey, 1/2
oz. lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. grenadine. Shake with ice
and strain. Twist lemon and orange peel above glass and drop into
drink.

New York Sour: Sour glass. 2 oz. blended whiskey,
claret, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Shake whiskey,
lemon juice and sugar with ice and strain. Pour into sour glass leaving
about 1/2 inch from top of glass to float claret.
Night Cap: Mug. 2 oz.
light rum and 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Add ingredients to mug and fill
with warm milk. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
North Pole Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 oz.
gin, 1 egg white, 1/2 oz. lemon juice and 1/2 oz. maraschino. Shake
with ice and strain. Top with whipping cream.
Nutty Colada: Collins glass. 3 oz. amaretto, 3 tbsp.
of coconut milk and 3 tbsp. of crushed pineapple. Blend with 2 cups
of crushed ice until smooth.
