Madras: Highball
glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. of vodka, and fill with half O.J. and half
cranberry juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Mai Tai: Collins glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz.
rum, 1/2 almond liqueur, 1/2 triple sec, 1/2 sweet and sour, a splash
of orange and pineapple juice and grenadine. Top with Bacardi 151
Rum.
Maiden's Blush Cocktail: Chilled cocktail glass. 2
oz. gin, 3/4 oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice and 1 or 2

Maiden's Prayer Cocktail: Chilled cocktail glass.
1 oz. gin, 1 oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice and 1/2 oz.

Malibu & Orange Juice: Highball glass filled
with ice. 1.5 oz Malibu Rum and fresh orange juice; add Malibu rum
or other coconut flavoured rum.
Mamie Taylor: Highball glass no ice. Squeeze a wedge
of lime into a glass and drop the wedge into the glass. Then add ice,

Mango
Cooler: 3 oz. cold mango nectar, 1 1/2 oz. vodka,
1/2 oz. cold lemon juice, 1 1/2 oz. cold orange juice and 1/2 oz.
Cointreau. Pour ingredients into a large glass and garnish with an
orange and mango slice if in season.
Manhattan: Rocks glass.
1 1/2 oz. of bourbon and 1/2 oz. of sweet vermouth (to taste). Add
bitters to taste. Stir like a martini and strain. Garnish with a cherry.

Margarita: Fill a margarita or rocks glass
with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz. of tequila, 1/2 oz. of triple sec, 3 to 4
oz.of sour mix and a splash of fresh orange juice. Shake with ice
and strain garnish with a lime wedge. If requested, salt rim of glass
after rubbing with the flesh of a lime before adding ice. Margarita
Straight Up: Add above ingredients into a shaker filled with Ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and
add salt to rim of glass if requested.
Blue Margarita: Add 1 oz. of blue Curacao
to the margarita recipe.
Melon Margarita: Add 1 oz. of Midori to the
margarita recipe.
Peach Margarita: Add 1 oz. of peach schnapps
to the margarita recipe.
Raspberry Margarita: Add 1 oz. of raspberry
liqueur to the margarita recipe.
Strawberry Margarita: Add 1 oz. of strawberry
liqueur to the margarita recipe.

Mariposa: Cocktail glass.1 oz. Light Rum, 1/2
oz. Brandy, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. Orange Juice, 1 dash Grenadine.

of Curacao and fill with tonic. Garnish with an orange slice.
Martinez: Chilled cocktail glass. 1 3/4 oz. gin, 1
1/4 oz. sweet vermouth, 1/4 oz. maraschino liqueur and bitters to

Mary Pickford: Chilled cocktail glass. 1 3/4 oz. light
rum, 1 1/4 oz. pineapple juice, 2 or 3 dashes of maraschino liqueur

Maui Breeze: Parfait glass. 1/2 oz. brandy,
1/2 oz. amaretto, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1 oz. sour mix, 2 oz. orange
juice and 1 oz. guava juice. Mix in a blender with ice until smooth.
Garnish with a pineapple stick and cherry.
Maxim: Cocktail glass.1 1/2 oz. Gin, 1 oz.
Dry Vermouth and 1 dash white creme de cacao. Shake with ice and strain.
Serve with a cherry.
McDuff: Cocktail glass. 2 oz. Scotch, 1 oz.

1/2 oz. tequila, 5 oz. hot coffee. Stir coffee liqueur and tequila,
add coffee and top with whipped cream.

Pacifico: Saucer Champagne glass. 1 1/2 oz. tequila,
1/2 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. passion-fruit syrup. Blend in a mixer with
1/3 cup crushed ice. Garnish with a lime slice.
Mexicola: Collins glass with ice. 2 oz. tequila
and juice of 1/2 lime. Fill with cola and stir.
