Kamikaze: Rocks glass.
3/4 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. lime juice and 1/2 oz. triple sec. Shake and
strain.
Kentucky:
Cocktail glass rimmed with sugar. 1 1/2 oz. 86-proof bourbon, 1/2
oz. lemon juice, 1/2 oz. pineapple juice and 1 tsp. maraschino liqueur.
Shake with ice and strain.
Kentucky Champagne Cocktail:
Champagne flute. 1 oz. Bourbon and 1/2 oz . Peach Schnapps and 1 dash
Angostura Bitters. Stir with ice and strain. Fill with champagne.
Kentucky Colonel: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz.
of Bourbon and 1 1/2 oz. of Benedectine. Stir with ice and strain.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Kentucky Squirrel: Chilled cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz.
bourbon, 3/4 oz. creme de noyau and 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice. Shake
with ice and strain. Garnish with a lemon twist.
King Cole Cocktail: Old-fashioned
glass. 2 oz. blended whiskey, 1 slice orange, 1 slice pineapple and
1/.2 tsp. powdered sugar. Muddle orange and pineapple slice with sugar
in the old-fashioned glass. Add whiskey and several ice cubes. Stir
well.
Kir:
Wine glass. Pour 1 oz. creme de cassis, fill with white wine
and garnish with a lemon twist.
Klondike Cooler: Collins glass. 2 oz. blended whiskey,
2 oz. carbonated water, 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar and ginger ale. Muddle
carbonated water and sugar then fill glass with ice. Add blended whiskey
and fill with carbonated water or ginger ale. Place a spiral of orange
or lemon peel in glass and dangle one end over the glass.
