Drink Recipes "J"- Dallas Bartenders
Jack-in-the-Box: 1 oz. aple brandy, 1 oz. pineapple
juice and 1 dash bitters. Shake with ice and strain.
Jack Rose: Prechilled
cocktail glass. 2 oz. applejack, 1/2 oz. lime or lemon juice and 1
tsp. grenadine. Shake with ice and strain.
Jager Bomb: Collins glass filled with ice. 1 can Red
Bull® energy drink and 1 oz. Jagermeister®. Drop in a shot
glass filled with jagermeister and drink.
Jamaican Coffee: Mug. 1 oz. coffee-flavored brandy,
3/4 oz. light rum and hot coffee. Pour brandy and rum into the mug
and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Jamaican Fizz: Old-fashioned
glass. 2 oz. dark rum, 1 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice and 1 tsp.
bar syrup. Shake with ice and strain. Fill with club soda and stir.
Jamaican Granito: Collins glass. 1 1/2 oz. brandy,
1 oz. triple sec, 1 small scoop lemon or orange sherbet and carbonated
water. Combine in glass, fill with carbonated water and sprinkle with
nutmeg on top.
Jello Shots: Shot glasses. 6 ounces Jello (large
package), 16 ounces water (boiling), 6 ounces water (cold) and 10
ounces vodka. Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder
is fully dissolved and add the cold water and alcohol. Pour the cooling
mixture into either shot glasses or paper cups and freeze.

Cherry
Brandy Jell-O Shots: Use cherry Jell-O and brandy.
Gin
& Orange Jell-O Shots: Use orange Jell-O
and gin.
Lemon
Vodka Jell-O Shots: Use lemon Jell-O and vodka
or lemon vodka.
Rum
& Pineapple Jell-O Shots: Use pineapple
Jell-O and light rum.
Tequila
& Lime Jell-O Shots: use lime Jell-O and
tequila.
Whiskey
& Raspberry Jell-O Shots: Use raspberry
Jell-O and blended whiskey.
Jelly Bean: Rocks glass
with ice. 2 oz. of blackberry brandy and 1 oz. of anisette. Stir gently.
Jersey Lightning: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz.
of Apple Jack Brandy and 1 oz. of Italian Vermouth. Stir and strain.

Jewel Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 3/4 oz. gin, 3/4 oz.
green Chartreuse, 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth and 1 dash orange bitters.
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a cherry.
Jim Beam Vanilla Cola: 1 oz. Jim Beam Bourbon and
1 oz. vanilla liqueur. Fill with cola.
Jock Collins: Old-fahioned
glass with ice. 2 oz. Scotch, 1 oz. lemon juice and 1 tsp. bar syrup.
Shake with ice and strain. Fill with carbonated water and garnish
with a cherry.
Jockey Club Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin,
1/4 tsp. white creme de cacao, juice of 1/4 lemon and 1 dash bitters.
Shake with ice and strain.

John Collins: Collins glass with ice. 2 oz.
blended whiskey, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Shake
with ice and strain. Fill with carbonated water and garnish with slices
of ornage and lemon and a cherry.
Jolly Rancher: Rocks
glass filled with ice. 1 1/2 oz melon liqueur, 1/2 oz blueberry schnapps,
1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix, 1/2 oz grenadine. Serve with a cherry.
