Drink Recipes "Go-Gz"- Dallas Bartenders

Godchild: Champagne flute. 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. amaretto and 1 oz. heavy cream. Shake and strain.

Godfather: Rocks glass with ice. 2 oz. of scotch and 1 oz. of amaretto. Stir gently.

Godiva Chocolate Martini: Cocktail Glass. 1 1/2 oz. Godiva liqueur, 1 1/2 oz. creme de cacao, 1/2 oz. vodka, 2 1/2 oz. half-and-half. Shake with ice and strain.

Godmother: Rocks glass with ice. 2 oz. of vodka and 1 oz. of amaretto. Stir gently.

Godson: Highball or old-fashioned glass with ice. 2 oz. scotch, 1 oz. amaretto and 1 oz. cream. Shake with ice and strain.

Golden Cadillac: Rocks glass. 1 oz. Galliano, 1/2 oz. white creme de cacao and 1 oz. light cream. Shake and strain.

Golden Daze: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. peach-flavored brandy and 1 oz. orange juice. Shake with ice and strain.

Golden Dream: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. Galliano, 1 tbsp. orange juice, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1 tbsp. light cream. Shake and strain.

Golden Fizz: Highball glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1 egg yolk, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar. Shake with ice and strain. Fill with carbonated water.

Golden Frappe: Collins glass. 5 oz. port, 5 oz. orange juice, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Stir juices and sugar in the glass and add crushed ice and port.

Golden Friendship: Collins glass with ice. 1 oz. amaretto, 1 oz. light rum and 1 oz. sweet vermouth. Mix in glass and fill with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange spiral and a cherry.

Golden Slipper: Cocktail glass. 2 oz. apricot-flavored brandy and 3/4 oz. yellow Chartreuse. Stir with ice and strain. Float an unbroken egg yolk on top.

Goldfish Cocktail: Chilled cocktail glass. 2 oz. gin, 1 oz. dry vermouth and 1/2 oz. goldwasser. Stir with ice and strain.

Golf Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin, 3/4 oz dry vermouth, 2 dash Bitters. Stir and strain.

Grand Royal Fizz: Highball glass half full with ice. 2 oz. gin, juice of 1/2 orange, juice of 1/2 Lemon, 2 tsp. light cream, 1 tsp. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. Maraschino. Shake and strain. Fill with club soda and stir.

Grapefruit Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. gin, 1 tsp. Maraschino and 1 oz. grapefruit juice. Shake and strain. Serve with a cherry.

Grasshopper: Cordial glass chilled. 1 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe, 1 1/2 oz. white creme de cacao and 1 oz. cream. Shake with ice and strain.

Greenback: Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1 oz. green creme de menthe and 1 oz. lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain.

Green Demon: Highball glass with ice. 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. rum and 1 oz. melon liqueur. Shake and strain ingredients and fill with lemonade. Garnish with a cherry.

Green Devil: Old-fashioned glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe and 1 tbsp. lime juice. Shake and strain. Garnish with mint leaves.

Green Dragon: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe, 1/2 oz. Kummel, juice of 1/2 lemon and 4 dashes orange bitters. Shake with ice and strain.

Green Fizz: Highball glass. 2 oz. gin, 1 tsp. green creme de menthe, 1 egg white, 1 tsp. powdered sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon. Shake with ice and strain over a couple ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir.

Greyhound: Fill a highball glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. of vodka and fill with grapefruit juice.

Gypsy Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin and 1 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth. Stir with ice and strain. Serve with a cherry.
