Drink Recipes "Ga-Gn"- Dallas Bartenders

Gentle Ben: Collins glass with ice. 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. gin and 1 oz. tequila. Shake and strain ingredients into glass and fill with orange juice. Stir and garnish with an orange slice and cerry.

Georgia Peach Iced Tea: Collins glass with ice. 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. rum, 1/2 oz. peach schnapps and sweet and sour. Pour vodka, gin and rum into glass; fill with sweet and sour to 1/2 inch top of glass and top off with peach schnapps.

Gibson: Cocktail glass. 2 oz. of gin and dry vermouth to taste. Add several cocktail onions on a sword.

Gilroy Cocktail: Cocktail glass. 3/4 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. cherry-flavored brandy,1 tbsp. dry vermouth, juice of 1/4 lemon and 1 dash of orange bitters. Shake and strain.

Gimlet: Cocktail glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. gin (or any liquor if called for) and 3/4 oz. of Roses Lime juice. Garnish with a lime.

Gin and Sin: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. gin, 1 oz. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. orange juice and 1 dash grenadine. Shake with ice and strain.

Gin Buck: Old-fashioned glass. 1 1/2 oz. gin and juice of 1/2 lemon. Fill with ginger ale and stir.

Gin Rickey: Collins glass. 2 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice. Pour liquor and lime juice into glass and fill with soda water. Garnish with a squeeze of lime.

Gin Sangaree: Highball glass with ice. 2 oz. gin, 1 tbsp. port, 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar and 1 tsp water. Dissolve powdered sugar in mixing glass with water and add gin. Pour into highball glass and fill with carbonated water. Stir and float port on top and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Gin Smash: Old-fashioned glass. 2 oz. gin, 1 oz. carbonated water, 1 lump sugar and 1 oz. carbonated water. Muddle sugar, mint and water in glass. Add gin and a couple of ice cubes. Stir and decorate with a slice of orange and a cherry. Add a twist of lemon peel.

Gin Sour: Sour glass. 2 oz. gin, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar. shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a half-slice of lemon and cherry.

Gin Swizzle: Collins glass. 2 oz. gin, juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp. powdered sugar, 2 oz. carbonated water and 2 dashes bitters. Add lime juice, sugar and carbonated water to glass and stir. Then add gin and 2 dashes of bitters and fill with carbonated water. serve with a swizzle stick.

Gin Thing: Highball glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz. gin and juice of 1/2 lime. Pour into glass and fill with ginger ale.

Girl Scout Cookie: Cocktail glass with ice. 3/4 oz. white creme de cacao, 3/4 oz. green creme de menthe and 2 oz. cream. Shake with ice and strain.

Glenfiddich Vermont: Rocks glass filled with ice. 50 ml (1 3/4 oz.) Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15 Years Old, dash Angostura Bitter, 1 cocktail spoon of pure Canadian maple syrup and 2 slices fresh ginger. Stir a dash of Angostura bitter in a Boston glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a sink but keep the ice. Add the maple syrup, the Glenfiddich and the ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
