Frozen Apple: Old-fashioned glass. 1 1/2 oz.
applejack, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. powdered sugar and 1/2 egg white.
Blend in a mixer at low speed with enough ice to fill the glass.
Frozen Banana Colada: Collins glass. 2 oz. dark rum,
1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped, 2 oz. pineapple juice and 1 oz.
coconut cream. Blend with enough ice to fill the glass. Garnish with
a cherry and pineapple.
Frozen Banana Daiquiri: Collins glass. 2 oz. light
rum, 1 ripe banana (overripe has more flavor) and 1 oz. fresh lime
juice. Blend with enough ice to fill the glass.
Frozen Berkeley: Champagne
flute. 1 1/2 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz. brandy, 1 tbsp. passion fruit
syrup and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Mix with 1/2 cup of crushed ice in
a blender at low speed.
Frozen Chi Chi: Collins glass. 2 oz. vodka, 1/2 cup
pineapple cuts or 2 oz. pineapple juice and 1 1/2 oz. coconut cream.
Blend with enough ice to fill the glass. Garnish with a cherry and
slice of pineapple.
Frozen Daiquiri: Champagne
flute. 1 1/2 oz. light rum, 1 tbsp. triple sec, 1 1/2 oz. lime juice
and 1 tsp. sugar. Mix all ingredients in a blender at low speed then
blend at high speed until firm. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Frozen Margarita: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz.
tequila, 1/2 oz. triple sec and 1 oz. lemon or lime juice. Mix all
ingredients in a blender at low speed then blend at high speed until
firm. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Frozen Mint Daiquiri:
Old-fashioned glass. 2 oz. light rum, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar
and 6 mint leaves. Mix all ingredients in a blender at low speed.
Frozen Pina Colada: Collins glass. 2 oz. dark rum,
1/2 cup of pineapple slices or 2 oz. pineapple juice and 1 1/2 oz.
coconut cream Blend with enough ice to fill the glass. Garnish with
a cherry and slice of pineapple.
Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri: Champagne flute.
1 1/2 oz. light rum, 4 pineapple chunks, 1 tbsp. lime juice and 1/2
tsp. sugar. Mix all ingredients in a blender at low speed.
Fuzzy Navel: Highball glass
with ice. 1 1/2 oz. of peach schnapps and fill with O. J.
