Beachcomber: Cocktail glass with sugared rim.
1 1/2 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
(or substitute grenadine), 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice. Shake with ice
and strain. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Bee Stinger: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. blackberry
brandy and 1/2 oz. white creme de menthe. Shake and strain.
Bee's Knees: 1 1/2 oz. light rum, 3/4 oz. orange juice,
1/2 oz. lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar and 2 dashes orange bitters. Shake
all the ingredients well with ice. Twist an orange peel above the
drink and drop into the glass.
Bella Dona: Martini glass, no ice; rim with
cinnamon and sugar. 1 oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum, 1 oz. Disaronno
Amaretto and 2 tbs. sour mix. Shake with ice and strain. ***from the
Las Vegas Belagio Hotel.
Bellini: Champagne glass.
3/4 fill with Champagne then add 1 oz. of peach schnapps or peach
nectar.
Bennet Cocktail: Chilled cocktail glass. 2 oz. gin,
1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1 or 2 dashes of simple syrup and a few drops
of Angostura bitters to taste.

Bermuda
Rose Cocktail: Chilled cocktail glass. 2 oz. gin,
1/2 oz. apricot brandy, 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth and a drop or two of
grenadine. Stir and strain.
Bermuda Triangle: Highball glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz.
Gosling's Black Seal Rum, 2 oz. cranberry and 2 oz. orange juice.
Pour in glass and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice.
Between-the-Sheets:
Rocks glass. 1/2 oz. brandy, 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz light rum
and juice of 1/4 lemon. Shake with ice and strain.
Bikini: Cocktail glass.
2 oz. vodka, 1 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz. milk and 1 1/2 oz. of sweet
and sour. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Biscayne:
Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz.
Forbidden Fruit and 1/2 oz. lime juice. Shake and strain. Garnish
with lime slice.
