Drink Recipes "Ao-Az"- Dallas Bartenders; Beverage Catering

Apple Champagne Cocktail: 1 1/4 oz. green app;e flavor vodka, 1/2 part cranberry juice. Fill with Champagne and float 1/2 oz. Dekuyper Pucker Sour Apple on top.

Apple Colada: 2 oz. of apple schnapps, 1 oz. of cream of coconut and 1 oz. of half-and-half. Blend with 2 cups of crushed ice until smooth. Garnish with an apple slice and cherry.

Apple Island Iced Tea: Collins glass full of ice. 1 1/4 oz. green apple-flavored vodka, 3/4 oz. sour apple schnapps, 3 oz. sweet & sour, 1 oz. lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a limon twist, an apple skin curl or cherry.

Apple Martini: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz. of vodka and 1 1/2 oz. of green-apple liqueur. Stir in a mix tin with ice and strain. Garnish with an apple slice or bottled miniature apples if available.

Apple Pie: Old-fashioned glass with ice. 3 oz Apple Schnapps, 1 splash Cinnamon Schnapps. Garnish with an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Applecar: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. of Applejack, 1 oz. of triple sec and 1 oz. lemon juice. Shake and strain.

Applejack Daisy: Highball glass. 1 1/2 oz. applejack, 1/2 oz. lime juice, 1 tsp. raspberry syrup and 1 tsp. ginger-flavored brandy. Shake applejack, lime juice and raspberry syrup. Strain into glass half filled with ice, fill with club soda, stir and top with ginger-flavored brandy. Add lime slice.

Apricot Fizz: Collins glass. 2 oz. apricot brandy, 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice and club soda. Shake brandy and lemon juice with ice and strain. Fill glass with club soda.

Apricot Sour: Sour or old-fashioned glass. 2 oz. apricot brandy and 1 oz. fresh lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a flag (a cherry sworded into the flesh of an orange).

Arizona Antifreeze: Shot glass. 1/3 oz. vodka, 1/3 oz. Midori melon liqueur and 1/3 oz. sweet and sour. Pour ingredients into shot glass.

Arizona Twister: Collins glass with crushed ice. 1 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Malibu rum, 1 oz. Gold tequila, a splash Orange juice, a splash Pineapple juice, a splash cream of coconut and a dash Grenadine. Mix the rum, vodka, and tequila, add splashes of the three juices, heavy on the pineapple. Top off with grenadine. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Astor Martini: Chilled cocktail glass. 2 oz. Ketel One Vodka, 1/2 oz. Campari and 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice. Shake with ice and strain. Adapted from Astor Place, South Beach, Miami.

Aunt Rose: Highball glass with ice. 1 1/4 oz. Irish Mist, 2 oz. cranberry juice and 2 oz. orange juice. Shake with ice and strain.

Aviation Cocktail: Sour glass. 1 1/2 oz. Gin, 1/4 oz. apricot brandy, 1/4 oz. maraschino liqueur or maraschino cherry juice and 1/2 oz. lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain.

Aviation Cocktail #2: Chilled cocktail glass. 2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur and 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain.
