Amaretto Alexander: Chilled cocktail glass. 2 oz.
amaretto, 1 1/2 oz. white creme de cacao and 1 oz. cream. Shake with
ice and strain. Garnish with slivered almonds.
Amaretto Rose: Collins glass. 1 1/2 oz. amaretto,
1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice and club soda. Pour amaretto and lime juice
into glass and fill with club soda.
Amaretto Sour:
Rocks glass. 1 1/2 oz. Amaretto and 3/4 oz. lemon juice. Shake
well with cracked ice and strain. Garnish with a slice of orange.
Amaretto Stinger: Cocktail glass. 1 1/2 oz
amaretto and 3/4 oz creme de menthe. Shake with ice and strain.
American Beauty: Cocktail glass. 1 oz. brandy,
1 oz. dry vermouth, 1/4 oz. ruby port, 1/4 oz. grenadine and 1 oz.
orange juice. Shake with ice and strain.
Americana: Collins
glass. 1/4 oz. Tennessee Whiskey, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1-2 dashes of
bitters. Combine the Tennessee Whiskey, bitters, and sugar, stirring
until sugar is dissolved. Fill with champagne and add a slice of peach.

Americano: Highball glass with ice. 2 oz. of sweet
vermouth and 2 oz. of Campari. Fill with soda and stir. Garnish with
an orange or lemon twist.
Amer Picon Cocktail:
Cocktail glass. 2 oz. Amer Picon, juice of 1 lime and 1 tsp. of grenadine.
Shake and strain.
Angostura Costa Del Sol: Highball glass with ice.
1 1/2 oz. Cream Sherry, 2 oz. orange juice, 2 oz. cream, 2 dashes
Angostura Bitters. Shake with ice and strain.
Angel's Delight: Cordial glass. 1 1/2 tsp.
grenadine, 1 1/2 tsp. triple sec, 1 1/2 tsp. sloe gin, 1 1/2 tsp.
light cream. Pour and float layers in order
given.
Angel's Kiss: Cordial
glass. 1/4 oz. white creme de cacao, 1/4 oz. sloe gin, 1/4 oz. brandy,
1/4 oz. light cream. Pour and float layers in order given.
Angel's Tip: Rocks/Shooter glass. 3/4 fill
with white or dark creme de cacao, top with coffee cream and sword
a cherry then lay across the top of the glass. Layer in order.
Angler's
Cocktail: Old-fashioned glass with ice. 1 1/2 oz.
gin, 3 dashes orange bitters, 2 dashes bitters and 1 dash grenadine.
Shake with cracked ice and strain.
