Dallas Catering and Dallas Bartenders is owned by Gregory Roberts who has experience in the field since 1985 as an Oklahoma City (OKC) Bartender. Gregory graduated from Oklahoma School of Bartending in Oklahoma City in 1985. He has served in major hotels, hotel lounges and clubs in five different states as a full time bartender for seven years and a part-time bartender in a local four star hotel for the past two years. Gregory has been in Dallas since 1989 and has worked in the Downtown Dallas Sheraton (now the Adam's Mark), the Morton Meyerson Dallas Symphony Hall, the Wyndham Loew's Anatole, Hotel Intercontinental and many private parties.

Gregory has bartended for parties with hosts, speakers and entertainers such as the former President Ronald Reagan, legendary Texas country entertainer Willie Nelson, the former Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Roger Staubach, Dos Equis Beer, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and their guests and many Dallas Catering events.

Gregory attended UT/Arlington and received a BSW in 1994 and a Master of Science in Social Work in 1997 and is currently studying to be a Certified Specialist of Wine. The staff of Dallas Bartenders compliments his experience and stands as experts on their own.

Dallas Catering will prepare all the drink condiments and set up. Our staff will come early to the event to cut fruit, arrange the bars and fully prep the bars for full beverage catering service before the scheduled event start time.
